Faith Formation Registration Forms 2023-2024

All families with children in grades 1-8 who are not registered at Costa are encouraged to participate in our Faith Formation (CCD) program. This is especially important for those who are looking to receive First Communion or Confirmation. Both are 2-year programs that typically begin in first grade and seventh grade (but can be completed afterward as well). Classes for grades 1-8 will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 5:45 pm -7 pm at McAteer Center, beginning September 20. Registration and Parent Meeting is set for Wednesday, September 13, from 6-7 pm at McAteer Center. We ask
that one parent please attend this important meeting. You may register on September 13th or registration forms can be found on the Galesburg Catholic website or at any of our parishes.
